Welcome to Shopafor, a website and application (the “App”) operated by Shopafor, LLC (the “Company”).
“Company” means Shopafor, LLC, 3336 Trevis Way, Carmel, CA 93923, USA.
“GDPR” means that General Data Protection Regulation Act. (This is a law that applies in the European Economic Area (EEA).)
“Data Controller” means the natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information are, or are to be, processed. The Company is the Data Controller for the personal data you submit via the Site.

What information do we collect?
When you sign up to the Site, or install the App, you'll be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, street address, email address, telephone number, sex, birthday, kids’ names and birthdays, and which holidays you celebrate.
If you choose to sync your contacts with our Services, we will collect your address book to keep growing your gifting connections. We do that by allowing you to see connections on the app and quickly invite them to connect and see who isn’t on the app so you can invite them to join and connect.
If you choose to allow access to your camera and images those are for your profile only. Other users will be able to see images you choose to show.
Other sites & third party services
If you sign up via a social network like Facebook, your agreement (and our access to your information) takes place when you instruct, accept, or allow Facebook to register you for the Site or otherwise connect you to the Site. We will collect such information as you allow based on your social media settings and the policies of the social media site. We may also collect information to verify your social media credentials.
